At Strapline, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before requesting a return.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only if the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
- To request a return, please contact us at straplineofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

- Products that show signs of use or missing original packaging
